Is prior experience working with a Tessitura member organization required for inclusion in the community vendor directory?
Yes, your company must currently be working with or have previously worked with a Tessitura member organization to be accepted. A positive member reference is required as part of your application.
Does inclusion in the directory mean that my company is an official Tessitura partner?
No, inclusion in the directory does not imply or guarantee formal partnership with Tessitura.
Is there a cost associated with a directory listing?
No, inclusion in the directory is free.
Are there different categories of vendors?
There are three categories of vendors in our directory: Strategic partners, partners and community vendors.
- Strategic partners have a deep relationship with Tessitura. Their products and services offer key features that enhance and extend our technology. They may or may not be fully integrated with Tessitura. These vendors are labeled with a red "strategic partner" flag in our directory.
- Partners have an established relationship with Tessitura. Their products and services offer significant value by enhancing members' use of Tessitura’s technology. They may or may not be integrated with Tessitura. These vendors are labeled with a blue "partner" flag in our directory.
- Community vendors are part of Tessitura’s community vendor program. They provide products and services that enhance our technology for members. To be included in the program, community vendors must work with at least one Tessitura member organization and complete an application. Please note that they are not official partners of Tessitura. These vendors do not have a specific flag in our directory.
When can I expect to hear from Tessitura about the status of my application?
Applications are reviewed on a monthly rolling basis. If your application is accepted, a member of the Partnerships team will contact you within 30 days of your submission.
Once accepted, how long will it take for my listing to be included in the directory?
The directory launches in early 2025. Listings submitted following the launch will appear in the directory within 30 days of acceptance.
I am listed in the directory and would like to build an integration with Tessitura. How can I access your API documentation?
