Marketing assets
Upon confirming your sponsorship, you will receive instructions via email on how to send your company logos, marketing collateral and company information. These assets will allow us to activate elements of your sponsorship by adding your company’s logo to our website, mapping out the sponsor zone and setting up your virtual booth in the TLCC conference app.
TLCC sponsor logo specifications
Before submitting your marketing assets, please review the specifications below. These specs ensure we can include your branding on our website, on signage, in our conference app and in other TLCC materials. Organizations sometimes change their assets from year to year, so please make sure to submit your current materials.
We kindly ask for the following images:
- Company logo: 400x200px (JPG or PNG)
- Banner image: 1200x675px (JPG or PNG) –OR– banner video: YouTube or Vimeo URL
(A sponsor may elect to have either a banner image or banner video, but not both.) - Square logo: 200x200px (JPG or PNG)
- Vector logos: One color and one black & white file (.AI format)
- High-resolution logos: One color and one black & white (JPG or PNG, at least 300 dpi)
Digital marketing sheets for conference attendees
One of the benefits of your sponsorship is having your marketing sheets (fliers or one-pagers) about your company and/or services accessible to conference attendees. These are available digitally via the conference app portal.
Your sponsorship level determines how many marketing sheets you are entitled to. One side is equivalent to one sheet, and submissions must be a minimum of two sheets. Digital marketing sheet submissions should be an 8.5x11", full-color, combined PDF file.
Please review our brand usage terms if you intend to include the Tessitura logo in your digital marketing sheets. We reserve the right to review all materials and kindly ask that you allow ample time for revisions, if necessary.
Company information for your virtual booth
Your virtual booth in the TLCC conference app is an opportunity to display an overview of your organization to all conference attendees. Any representatives from your company who have registered for TLCC will be listed as team members of your virtual booth and can be contacted by attendees through the app.
To set up your virtual booth, you will need the following information:
- Company name
- Company website
- Any relevant social media links
- A one- to two-paragraph description of your company
You will receive a submission link via email after you secure your sponsorship. We reserve the right to edit your submission.
