TLCC is a unique opportunity to engage with the Tessitura team, our partners and other members of the Tessitura community. We invite you to contribute to making the conference a valuable, relevant and inspiring experience. As well as having your voice heard, chosen speakers will get discounted conference registration and support with their presentation and content.

This opportunity is open to individuals working for organisations using Tessitura who plan to attend TLCC London.
Presenters and panelists selected for community-led sessions will receive a 25% discount on conference registration.
Sessions may include one to two presenters, either from the same organisation or from different organisations.
Sessions will be 45 minutes long, including 15 minutes for Q&A at the end. You can indicate whether your topic will fill an entire session or if you would like us to consider pairing you with another presenter for a combined session.
A selection committee of Tessitura staff will review all applications.
Elements of a successful submission include:
- Relevance to arts and culture professionals
- Forward-looking or evergreen content
- Focus on a topic that organisations are addressing in 2025
- Innovation in addressing a common opportunity or challenge
- Clear objectives for the session

At this time, we are only accepting proposals from members. A separate call for proposals for sponsor-led sessions will open in early 2025.

Session submissions are due by Wednesday 27 November. Selected presenters will be notified by Wednesday 18 December.
