Payments

Conference registration fees must be paid in full before attendees can collect their badges or gain access to the conference app. A credit card is required to complete your registration. If you need an alternate method of payment, please contact us through the TLCC assistance form.

Attendee fees cover only a portion of the direct costs associated with the conference; these are supplemented with funding from Tessitura and conference sponsors. Sponsorships from our partners significantly defray costs for member organisations.

Refunds & cancellations

Please submit any cancellations and registration change requests using the TLCC assistance form. You may transfer your registration to another person until 25 February 2026. Cancellations and changes received until 3 March 2026 will incur a £75 administrative fee. After 3 March 2026, refunds are not available.
