Payments: Conference registration fees must be paid in full before attendees can collect their badges or gain access to the conference app. A credit card will be needed to complete your registration. If you are unable to process the transaction via credit card and need to use an alternate method of payment, please contact us through the TLCC assistance form.

Attendee fees cover only a portion of the direct costs associated with the conference; these are supplemented with funding from Tessitura and conference sponsors. We are grateful that sponsorships significantly defray costs for member organizations.

Refunds & cancellations: Please submit any cancellation and registration change requests in writing through the TLCC assistance form. Cancellations and changes received through 19 February 2024 will incur a £75 administrative fee. After 19 February 2024, refunds are not available. You may transfer your registration to another attendee through 27 February 2024.
