Payments
Conference registration fees must be paid in full before attendees can collect their badges or gain access to the conference app. A credit card is required to complete your registration. If you need an alternate method of payment, please contact us using our TLCC assistance form.

Refunds & cancellations
If you are no longer able to participate, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Transfers will be accepted up to 31 March.

Cancellations received by 24 March will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a £75 administrative fee. Refunds are not available after 24 March. Please submit any cancellations or transfer requests using our TLCC assistance form.
