    What do I need to access Tessitura's cloud environment?

    To access Tessitura's cloud environment, you only need internal personal computers and local networks, and stable Internet access.

    Do I have to install anything on machines?

    You will install a small program on the PCs/laptops that will be used to access Tessitura's cloud environment.

    Is Tessitura's cloud environment PCI compliant?

    Yes, both the Tessitura platform and the cloud environment are each certified as PCI DSS Compliant. There are still some elements of PCI compliance that remain your responsiblity. Appropriate policies and procedures would need to be in place at the end user or processing agent level.
