Agreement provides Tessitura users with multichannel ticket distribution, pricing and inventory management tools
Tessitura and Logitix partner to help performing arts organizations sell more tickets

Tessitura, the nonprofit technology company dedicated to serving arts and culture organizations, announced today they have entered a new strategic partnership with ticketing technology company Logitix.
The relationship will give performing arts organizations more resources for optimizing ticket distribution and maximizing revenue.
Logitix is a leader in multichannel ticket distribution, data and pricing. The company's proprietary software, distribution tools and analytics open new sales channels for theatres, performing arts centers and other users of Tessitura’s unified CRM and transaction system. Channels include well-known ticket exchanges that attract millions of customers each year. Additionally, real-time data insights automate dynamic pricing decisions to address changing ticket demand and meet customers where they are.
“We look forward to helping the arts and culture industry sell more tickets with our advanced pricing strategies, distribution and ticketing analytics,” said Greg Nortman, President of Logitix. “Tessitura has an impressive network of performing arts organizations that will benefit from our services. For the consumer, dynamic pricing doesn’t always mean higher ticket prices. Based on our data, the price of a ticket may go down to find a match on the buyer’s side. We ultimately want our partners to optimize and sell more tickets. We provide more ticket access in more places.”
“Logitix’s solutions show proven value in this evolving ticketing landscape.”
— Erin Lively Koppel, Chief Strategy Officer, Tessitura
Logitix built its reputation as a leading solution in live event ticketing for professional sports and music. In June 2022, the company announced its intention to expand its performing arts division, appointing former Tessitura CEO and co-founder Jack Rubin as a strategic advisor.
“Performing arts organizations are looking for every opportunity to capitalize on existing demand and expand their reach,” said Erin Lively Koppel, Tessitura’s Chief Strategy Officer. “Many are still recovering from the pandemic. At the same time, they’re facing ongoing global financial challenges.
“Logitix’s solutions show proven value in this evolving ticketing landscape,” Koppel continued. “We’re always seeking ways to better serve our community. We’re thrilled this partnership will extend innovative new resources to them.”
An integration is planned later this year. More details about the Tessitura and Logitix partnership are available on the partner page at www.tessituranetwork.com. Tessitura community members can also contact Logitix directly to explore their solutions.
